I have domain & hosting already, can i get discount?
No, if you have domain & hosting already then there is no renewal cost every year. You can get eCommerce store by onetime payment for a lifetime.
What if I dont like the store front-end design?
Before we design your e-commerce store, we ask you to fill an online form providing like or don’t like details such as color, layout, font, style and some website URL that you like most. Then we come up with a design and that sent to you for your approval, one dedicated designer will work on store design to make you satisfy.
Do I need a current account for payment gateway?
No, you can apply for payment gateway with your savings account to receive payments.
How do I make payment to you?
You can make payment with Debit/Credit Cards, NetBanking, NEFT Transfer, Cash Deposit and Cheque Deposit. If you want to go for installment payment option, you have to pay 50% of the package price to develop your store & rest in 4 breaks up payment after your store is completed from our end. This payment term is only applicable to Custom E-commerce Development package.
What access or control I get to my store?
We provide you all access and control to manage your own eCommerce stores website such as cPanel Access, Admin Panel Access and Webmail Panel access for your email accounts. Also, we give you complete rights and ownership of your website.
Can I add products myself without having coding knowledge?
Well, you do not need coding knowledge to manage your store. You can very easily add products, upload multiple images, write descriptions or paste it from another website. At your admin panel you can manage your whole e-commerce store such as menu arrange, menu edit, slider add or edit, page add or edit or remove and so much more.
Is there any setup / store management fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans except store development cost and renewal charge.
